What America’s Top Athletes Know About Health & Performance
Join us for a free virtual session with Olympic Cross-Country Skiers Jessie Diggins and Gus Schumacher to learn how they protect their physical and mental health to perform at the highest level. Whether a young athlete, coach or parent of an athlete, this event will equip and inspire you to support the health of the athletes in your life and hear the powerful stories of two of the world’s top athletes.
Athletes have a significantly greater chance of developing an eating disorder than the non-athlete population. WithAll is on a mission to end eating disorders by equipping adults with what to say and model to support healthy relationships with food and body for the kids in their lives.
