Why should I take the challenge?
Family mealtimes have profound health benefits for our kids.
Family mealtime, or regularly sharing a meal as a family in a relaxed, enjoyable setting, provides lasting benefits for the entire family. One very important benefit of a regular family meal is the children and teens who participate are less likely to develop an eating disorder or disordered eating.
Your participation supports eating disorder prevention and recovery support.
Not only is the challenge fun and good for your family, but it’s also for a good cause! Your purchase of WithAll’s Mealtime Conversation Cards supports WithAll’s work to prevent eating disorders and support recovery. Every 52 minutes, someone in the United States dies from an eating disorder. Your support is working to combat the devastation caused by eating disorders by funding our programs and getting the word out to more people who need them.

How can I participate?
What if I’m not a social media person?
That’s ok! You can still participate and mealtimes together have the same health benefits whether posted online or not. You can still participate by sharing a meal with your loved ones and even encouraging a friend to do so as well – whether in person or via text or email.
What if I don’t have kids or a family I live with?
Mealtimes spent together have profound health benefits for all of us. Join the fun by sharing a meal with friends, co-workers or roommates. Supporting the health of our kids takes a village and your participation will show that all of us can make a difference when it comes to supporting body confident kids. Our social templates include one to post if you are taking the challenge without kids or as a non-traditional family.
How else can I support this?
