Senior Manager of Individual Giving at WithAll

WithAll strikes at the root of eating disorders, breaking down barriers to recovery, and empowering adults to combat diet culture and flip the script on how we talk about health, food, and body image with young people.
We need a full-time fundraising dynamo to build relationships and secure support from mid-level donors, businesses, and foundations. This pivotal role, freshly created, will initially focus on prospect identification and expanding the donor base at a crucial stage of the organization’s growth.

What Will You Do
- Build a portfolio and generate new and increased giving from mid-level donors, foundations, and business sponsors.
- Leverage moves management strategies through high-touch engagement to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward prospects to grow support across all levels of individual gifts.
- Achieve weekly action goals for donor outreach contacts and 1-1 meetings to hit annual fundraising goals.
- Serve as a key external ambassador of WithAll, speaking about WithAll to groups and individuals with passion and confidence.

About You
- This is more than a job to you. You are passionate about WithAll’s mission of helping young people feel good in their bodies by preventing eating disorders and supporting recovery.
- You have at least three years of individual gift fundraising experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding fundraising goals.
- You are a people person, adept at building rapport, listening, and building connections through relationship-based fundraising.
- You are scrappy and have a proven track record of working independently and delivering results with minimal oversight, comfortable with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information or constraints.
- You have a bachelor’s degree or combination of education and equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
