Beyond WithAll’s Programs: The Work You Don’t Always See

Dear WithAll Supporters,
When people think of WithAll, they often think of our programs—our Recovery Support Program and What to Say’s resources and tools to help adults support young people’s health around food and body image.
But our mission reaches further than our programming alone.
This year, we reached a milestone worth sharing:
What to Say Healthcare is now required curriculum for the University of Minnesota’s Pediatric Residency Program —which trains pediatric residents from the University of Minnesota, University of South Dakota, and University of North Dakota.
Future providers for young people across our region are now learning how to prevent eating disorders before they ever step into an exam room.
That’s not one conversation at a time. That’s a generation of providers, shaped by the work you made possible.
Behind the scenes, we’re also advocating in small but meaningful, impactful ways, at the Minnesota Legislature for policies that protect young people from the forces—like social media—that fuel body shame and eating disorders.
We’ve been building partnerships with researchers, schools, and community organizations across the country. We’ve been showing up where decisions get made, making sure the young people we serve and those who are working so hard to recover from an eating disorder have a voice.
None of this happens without you.
Your support and donations make it possible for WithAll to do more than deliver programs. They allow us to shape the environment young people grow up in—to push for change at a systems level, not just one conversation at a time.
This work is unglamorous compared to a workshop or a curriculum launch. But it matters enormously. And you make it possible.
Thank you—for believing in this mission, and for trusting us to pursue it in every way we can—for young people and those working to recover.
With gratitude,

Lisa Radzak
