Recovery Support Program
No one should have to choose between rent and recovery.
The Recovery Support Program, often called the WithAll grant, helps people cover housing and groceries while they're in intensive eating disorder treatment, so they can focus on healing.
Treatment takes time. Rent doesn't pause.
80% of people with eating disorders can’t access treatment, largely due to financial barriers. Intensive eating disorder treatment can mean nine or more hours a week away from work. Groceries, rent, and bills keep coming anyway. For too many people, that’s the reason treatment ends before recovery starts.
A WithAll grant covers those basics so treatment can continue. Our staff verifies treatment and need. Grants go directly to the person, no strings attached. It’s a gift, not a loan.
Who it’s for: people with an eating disorder diagnosis who are in an intensive treatment program and need help with housing or groceries. See eligibility →
What Makes This Grant Different
Most funding in this space pays for treatment. WithAll’s Recovery Support Program pays for the everyday costs that decide whether someone can stay in it.
We fund what insurance won't.
Support goes straight to the person in need.
Providers help us reach individuals.

Recovery Stories
The Recovery For All Fund
BIPOC individuals are 50% less likely to be diagnosed and treated for eating disorders.
WithAll created the Recovery For All Fund to help close that gap. Gifts to this fund prioritize BIPOC individuals in intensive treatment, covering the same essentials: housing and groceries.
The Anna Westin Fund
Each year, 20% of WithAll’s Recovery Support Program grants are awarded from the Anna Westin Memorial Fund. It was created by Kitty and Mark Westin in honor of their daughter Anna, who died in 2000 from an eating disorder.
Since then, Kitty and Mark have worked tirelessly, to end the stigma and shame associated with eating disorders, and to advocate so that everyone who needs treatment can get it.
Anna’s spirit and her parents' resolve motivate us daily to fulfill our mission to reach as many people as possible who need support as they work to recover from an eating disorder.
Jessie Diggins Recovery Fund
Jessie Diggins is the most decorated American cross-country skier in history. Beyond her achievements on the course, she has courageously shared her experience with eating disorder recovery, helping others feel seen, supported, and hopeful.
The Jessie Diggins Recovery Fund celebrates Jessie’s determination and extends her impact beyond the sport. It brings fans and supporters together to honor her journey and help more people believe that recovery is possible.
