WithAll Grant Application

You are eligible to apply for a Recovery Support Program grant if:

• You have an eating disorder diagnosis from a medical provider.
• You are currently in an intensive treatment program for at least 9 hours per week. Eligible settings include Intensive Outpatient, Intensive Day/Partial Hospitalization, and Residential Treatment.
• You need financial help paying for housing or groceries.

Entering the lottery is the first step. It is not the full WithAll grant application.

The entire application timeline is:

• First business day of the month: The lottery opens at 8:30 a.m. CT and remains open for 24 hours. The application link will be on this page.
• By the 5th: All entrants are notified whether they were selected to complete an application or not.
• By the 10th: Selected entrants must submit their completed application and required documents (see below).
• 11th through 18th: WithAll reviews completed applications.
• By the 20th: Applicants are notified of the grant decision. Approved applicants receive a grant acceptance form.
• By the 27th: Grant acceptance forms are due.
• By the 30th: WithAll grant checks are mailed through BILL.com.

Only individuals selected through the lottery will be asked to complete the full application and provide supporting documents, including:

• To confirm treatment: Provide the name and email address or phone number of your treatment provider (and alert them to watch for an email request from recoverysupport@withall.org to verify your enrollment in treatment).
• To document financial need: Provide applicable records showing SNAP benefits, Supplemental Security Income, disability benefits, or low or no income.
• If you are applying for housing support: Provide a bill, statement, lease, or letter showing your monthly housing expense.
• If you are applying for grocery support: Provide a recent grocery receipt or bank statement showing a grocery purchase.

Your completed application and all applicable documents must be submitted by the 10th of the month.

Yes, as long as you still meet the eligibility requirements, you may enter the lottery each month. Grantees are limited to receive up to $3,000 within the calendar year (January – December).

The Recovery for All Fund provides living-expense grants to individuals who identify as BIPOC*. This fund has been integrated into the general Recovery Support Program application process.

Therefore, to apply, simply enter the lottery on the first of the month. Eligible applicants will be notified to apply as funds allow.

*For the sake of brevity, WithAll uses the term BIPOC to indicate Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. We acknowledge each individual’s right to self-identify and recognize that not all people for whom BIPOC is intended would choose to label themselves as such. WithAll understands the limitations of labels and embraces both the unique and shared elements of every individual’s lived experiences.

No, only one entry per person each month is permitted.

Yes, but only if the applicant meets the eligibility requirements and submits all required documents by the deadline communicated by WithAll.

All communications regarding your application will be through the email you provide during the application process.

WithAll must abide by the deadlines set to keep our program fair, ensure treatment verification is current, and process checks on time.

Our checks come from our financial processing company, BILL. From the time the Grant Acceptance Form is received by WithAll, the check is sent in roughly 5 to 7 business days. If you do not receive your check by the 15th of the following month, please email recoverysupport@withall.org.

We now offer the option to receive Recovery Support Program funds through ACH (direct deposit) instead of a mailed check.

• Secure: Deposited directly into your bank account through our secure partner, BILL.com.

• Convenient: Avoid delays or lost checks.

How It Works:

• When completing the Grant Award Acceptance Form, simply check the box indicating you would like to receive funds via ACH.

• You will receive an email from BILL.com on the last Wednesday of the month with a secure link to register your bank account information.

• Follow the link to enter your bank account information.

• Once registration is complete, your funds will be delivered via direct deposit instead of a paper check.

Note: You must complete the ACH registration within 48 hours. If you do not, your check will be mailed as originally planned.

This varies each month; however, the average is around 14 to 18 grants per month.

Starting January 1, 2025, individuals can receive a maximum of $3,000 per calendar year from the Recovery Support Program. If an applicant has already reached this limit, they will not be included in the lottery drawing.
