Where We’re Headed, and How You Got Us Here

Calendar lovers, this one’s for us: the first day of the week is also the first of the month. A fresh start, if there ever was one. It felt like the perfect day to share what’s next for WithAll and where you fit in.

Dear WithAll Friends,

If you haven’t had a chance to look at our new strategic plan, here’s the short version. Our vision isn’t changing: young people growing up feeling good in their bodies and with food, and recovery staying within reach for everyone who needs it.

Over the next three years, we’re focused on three things:

  1. Keeping recovery support strong. The Recovery Support Program helps people stay in treatment, and we’ll grow it as support grows.
  2. Going deeper with healthcare providers. They asked for better training, and we’re building it, along with new partnerships to reach more of them.
  3. Growing our community. More ways to connect with each other, including the return of our spring event (save the date!) and a search for our next Executive Director.

None of this starts from scratch. It’s possible because of what we’ve built together over many years, and you can see some of it in our 2026 Annual Report. A new chapter is only as strong as what comes before it, and ours has a lot going for it: the work, the people who’ve carried it, and you.

In my first weeks in this role, I’ve had the privilege of hearing from so many of you about why this work matters. The stories keep returning to the same place: families who struggled without the support they needed, and a determination that the next person won’t have to. That’s what this plan is for.

It’s an honor to carry this story forward, one that has changed lives for people facing eating disorders and will keep many more from ever facing them.

With gratitude,

Lindsay Crye
Interim Executive Director
